api/contracts/model-release.pdf is absent on both dev (CT114) and prod (CT111) — the e-sign step falls back and no real contract PDF gets stamped with the client's signature.

Fix: drop the actual model-release contract PDF onto the api/contracts/ volume on both instances.

Migrated from docs/BACKLOG-2026-07-16.md (C2).
