Directly check pveam list local for existing Debian 12 template
before attempting download.

jhodgkin 7a5a4a3499 Improve Proxmox template detection 
- Check for existing local templates first
- Show available templates for debugging
- Allow manual template entry as fallback
- Fix template path handling

jhodgkin ee97d35bfe Fix Proxmox script to find template dynamically 
Instead of hardcoding the template name, now searches for the
latest available Debian 12 template.
