New unprivileged LXC on pve: 2 cores / 1.5GB RAM / 8GB disk, nesting=1,keyctl=1 for Docker. Install Docker + Docker Compose. Matches sizing of other lightweight service LXCs.

Done. CT122 homelab-monitor created: Debian 12, unprivileged, 2 cores / 1536MB RAM / 512MB swap / 8GB disk, nesting=1,keyctl=1, DHCP on vmbr0 -> 192.168.1.103. Docker CE + Compose plugin installed and running. SSH alias homelab-monitor added to ~/.ssh/config (root, key-based, same trust pattern as pve/omv).
