Current UI is a hand-rolled minimal dark theme (no design system, no component library) built incrementally alongside each feature. Worth revisiting with the DesignSync tool / /design-sync skill (claude.ai/design) to build a proper component library and apply more deliberate visual design, rather than continuing to hand-roll CSS per feature.

Not urgent -- functional and consistent as-is, this is a polish/quality-of-life item.
